Nothing day!

Morning Bunnies
Well nothing to report today, yesterday was a day of doing nowt much at all, just chilled in my pad with a few dandelion leaves and some grass from the garden! Yummy, went down a treat!
Bun Mum was busy all day as Bun Dad had told her to "get some housework done, that wabbit is distracting you" It's true, she's been feeling bad not doing anything while he goes to work, but when you're as cute and soft as me what would you rather do?
She went to see a group of humans called Oasis last night and got in late in the rain, but she still gave me the time to clean my loo out (yes I'm still being a good boy and using it!) freshened up my water, give me clean hay, some apple and carrot and plumped up my bed. I got a little cuddle too but as it was raining didn't want to be out long. She then put this big blue sky cover thing over my hutch, she told me it was so the pesky cat's can't stare in at me, I can't blame them though I'm becoming a bit of a celebrity round the street! It also stopped the rain splashing in!
So as I've not much to report I'll add some pictures of me!
Happy bouncing Thursday

Meeting the neighbours

Ok no more pictures, I'm shy!
Here I am just chilling

Hiya
Well thank goodness no trips yesterday, just a day of resting and doing bunny things, eating, hopping, a little pooping, which I did in my litter tray, Bun Mum was so proud of me and said I was a very good boy!
I did meet some of the neighbours though, which was both good and bad... Bun Mum and Amelie came to give me a cuddle and another lady human came too, apparently she is called Margaret and lives a few doors away. She gave me some lovely strokes and said how gorgeous I was, well of course we already knew that though didn't we!! She was asking Bun Mum lots of questions about me all of which Bun Mum got right, she's good is my Bun Mum! Then Margaret's hubby came over to see me, he stroked me but got into trouble from his wife for being a little too rough, it was ok with me though! He said that he thinks I should have a bunny friend to keep me company, I'm not so sure about that like, that would mean I have to share my broccoli and I don't think I'm prepared for a fight!
Onto the other neighbours I met, the not so good ones. There I was minding my own business, cleaning my ears when I heard someone outside my hutch, peering round my now beautifully groomed ear I saw a large furry thing staring at me. It got closer and closer and looked quite menacing, I think it was only jealous as it only had short pointy ears, they looked really daft! After a little while I decided this wasn't a friendly type of thing and started to thump and thump, it didn't budge but the lovely rabbit loving lady next door heard me and shoo'd the stoopid fur ball off. Bun Mum told me it was called a cat, I call it something similar but it's a little rude coming from such a innocent mouth as mine!
So the rest of the day past without anymore excitement, I came in after Bun Bro and Sis had gone to bed and had a little binky time, Bun Dad was on my Apple so I kept hopping up to sit next to him, he was very jittery as he kept thinking I was going to wee on him, I didn't but I did poo next to him a few times, he kept leaping up and getting Bun Mum to pick them up. He looked very silly, leaping around more than me, Bun Mum was laughing at him and said he used to do the same with James and Amelie when they did poo's and wee's on him, he must have a phobia and I think he needs to get it seen too after all I'll probably be doing it for a while longer yet, hehe.

Happy hippy hop Wednesday

Ouch!

NO!! the vet man person wasn't giggly!!! He wasn't a vet MAN either she was a vet lady woman! It all started well the lady took me out my snuggly basket and stroked me, looked into my ears, pressed my tummy a little, which wasn't too bad but then it all went wrong. She turned me on my back which I really don't like and started feeling and looking at my "bits and bobs" I mean how rude, I'd only just met her! Then she put this lighting up tube thing in my mouth, first I thought it was my water bottle but nothing came out so I chewed on it a little, she was looking down the other end apparently at me teefs, Bun Mum was holding me and talking nicely to me all the time so I thought it must have been ok and calmed down a bit. I was then put onto the white scale thingys and the vet lady woman told Bun Mum I was 1.27kg, she said that was Arrrrrrr sweet?? Anyway all seemed ok and the vet lady woman left, so I hopped back into my basket...... Then she came back and took me out again and if I'd know what was coming I'd have hopped outta there quick, she only went and put this sharp thing into my neck, that was over pretty quick but blimey oh riley it hurt, thought that was bad enough but then she only went and did it again in the bottom of my ear, flipping heck that really hurt poor little me. Why oh why? Bun Mum told me it was to stop me getting really poorly and she only did it coz she doesn't want me to get poorly with Mix a mo toe sis (I hadn't planned on mixing my toes with Bun Sis, hers aren't furry) but if Bun Mum says it a good thing I believe her.
That was over and a quick ride in the house with wheels and we were home, I got lots of cuddles and kisses and some tweats and then I lay on the carpet in the sun, stretched out and went to sleep for a while. Phew.
When Bun Dad came in he told Bun Mum that instead of me using the Apple Mac to write my blog he was going to get me a Carrot Mac. Cool or what! I'll be the bunny version of that Carrie Bradshaw that Bun Mum likes to watch... I'll call it Bunny in the Hutch and say things like "I got to thinking after drinking my cotton tail cocktail" They might even make a film out of it!
I had a really long binky time just before bed, Bun Mum even joined in but told me not to tell anyone as they wouldn't understand and think that she was bonkers, I think she's bonkers but we had fun! I then sat next to her while she was on the Apple Mac, I did try to eat it but Bun Dad told me NO! But I like Apples alot. It was really cosy next to Bun Mum so I did a little wee, hehe, yet more washing she said but was ok with it!
Right hopefully no trips today.
Have a happy hoppy Tuesday

My first few days in the Big Bunny house

My first posting.... I'll introduce myself....
I'm Shadow the black Rex wabbit, I'm 8 weeks old and have just moved into this new house with my new family, Bun Mum Emma, Bun Dad Mark, Bun Bro James, he's 8 and pretty cool and little Bun Sis Amelie, she's 2 and squeals alot and I like to chase her and eat her shoes which she thinks is giggly.
I came here on Thursday 4th June, which Bun Mum said was the day Big Brofer started so thought it was funny to put on a different voice and say "Day 1 in the Big Bunny house and Shadow the new house mate has come to the diary room to tell us what he thinks of his new housemates!" Don't know what she was on about but her and Bun Dad thought it was very very giggly!
Anyway, everything is pretty cool here so far, I've wee'd on the sofa 3 times, Bun Mum took it's clothes off and put them in the thing in the kitchen that went round and round, don't think I like the look of that! I thought it would be funny to wee on the chair too, Bun Dad didn't think that was giggly at all and now puts me on the floor when I jump up I thought it was a game so jumped up everytime he put me on the floor he got cross and put me in my hutch. Bun Mum said not to worry he's grumpy sometimes and that when he goes to work I can come in with her and Bun Sis. Yippee shoe eating time.
Yesterday Bun Sis came jumping in to see me when she woke up with these really bright blue shoes on (slippers I think they called them) I nearly hopped out my skin and ran to hide behind my basket, they were very scary, I can tell you I won't be trying to nibble them. A bit later on bun Sis had my favourite shoes on, Sketchers, I nibbled those and even opened the velcro stuff which she thought was great, I'm a quick learner me! She then ran around the room so I joined in which seemed to make everyone giggly so I showed off doing big sideway jumps and running around madly, I enjoyed myself loads!
Well better go for now, Bun Mum says I'm going on a little journey to see the vet man, don't know what that is so can't wait, wonder if he's giggly too! Will tell you soon!
Happy Hopping Monday to you all

Ps will get Bun Mum to put some pics of me on soon so you can see how gorgeous I am!
